Driving on Sunshine™ Roadshow

Clearwater has installed three new dual-port electric vehicle, or EV, chargers on Pierce Street next to Coachman Park. The chargers are operated by Blink Charging, the same as the two existing chargers in the Garden Avenue Garage.

Join us and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy at an opening celebration and public electric vehicle test-drive event Friday, Dec. 1, from 4 to 6 p.m., at 224 Pierce St. in Downtown Clearwater. One of the city’s goals through the Greenprint 2.0 sustainability plan is to host at least one EV test-drive event per year that is open to the public. The city also will continue installing public EV charging stations.
