Louisiana born singer-songwriter Marc Broussard returns to the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre. Broussard’s incomparable brand of soul — an infectious mix of rock, blues, R&B, funk-pop, and soul coupled with his powerful vocals – has garnered worldwide praise from critics and fans alike. His top tracks include Cry to Me, Love and Happiness, & Home. His father, Louisiana Hall of Fame guitarist Ted Broussard of The Boogie Kings, nurtured his musical gifts from an early age. After releasing a successful independent EP at age 20, he continues to show no sign of slowing down since releasing multiple albums with major labels over the next 10 years and has recently returned to his independent roots.
