1982 Summer Classic Movie Series presents The Dark Crystal

This dark fantasy film was produced by ITC Entertainment and The Him Henson Company and was directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz. The film stars the voices of Stephen Garlick, Lisa Maxwell, Billie Whitelaw, Percy Edward and Barry Dennen. The plot revolves around Jen, a Gelfing on a quest to restore balance to the world of Thra and overthrow the ruling Skeksis by restoring a powerful broken crystal.
